| He wrote a book on the science of stretching that is very well respected in martial arts circles. HE is also very knowledgeable about injury rehab and prevention as well as conditioning in the martial arts. For a long time he had a monthly column in Tae Kwon Do Times (which is really a broad based Korean arts mag), I haven't read an issue in a year or two so I don't know if it is still running in the mag or not, but I always found it very interesting. |
