I know, because I've been there, many of you have some apprehension when it comes to keeping the count during our warmups, but fear not! I've found a handy little tool to get you well on your way to counting like a true Korean. Just click on the link below and not only will you be directed to a page giving you a visual representation of 1-10 in Hangul but an auditory representation as well. Have fun and enjoy!!!!!!

Thanks Todd!
Master Circle told a couple of us white belts how to count last Saturday.
Sometimes when you guys count it just sounds like grunting, so it's nice to have a way to listen to it and practice.

hahah! You're right! I remember it as a bunch of grunting noises, too!
When working out with these two guys, and Master Circle, my grunts were more like grunts of pain.  |
