Which Hot Topic did you go to? I have a friend that works there named Jody Krevins. She's been working there for YEARS and I think she's a manager now. She's extremely artistic and has art shows all the time (they are gothic in nature... not really my thing, but I respect the way she sees art). If you go to the one at Tuttle, tell her Leo said HELLO! She's like family and you may be able to sway her into a discount! haha!
I love dragons, too. I don't collect them, but I love to sketch/draw them. It's just something I've always done, since I was 12. My brother is into dragon's too... Check this out... this is his back:
(Click it to blow it up)
See what I mean. This is the "unfinished" product. He still has a lot of "inking" to get. Notice how it's kind-of set up as a Ying-Yang, different colors, and those are Chinese dragons (can tell by the toe count on the dragons). We (my full-blooded siblings... don't know how else to put that) all have Chinese blood. We're 1/4 Chinese. (True American mutts).
I guess you can tell that I love dragon art! I have 9 brothers and sisters, and we all love dragon art! My kid sister has a dragon tat, too. She also decorates her home (Powell area) in Asian Art... A lot of it is dragon related. She loves the mythology of Dragons more than all of us. I wish I had some pictures of them. I'll ask her to send some pics. |

Are those Mcfarlane's Dragons, Taz? My friend gives everyone in our group a copy of Action Figure Digest (excellent reading material, this month featured Kenner Toys from the early '90's) whenever another edition comes out and I think I recognize some of the pieces in your collection as coming from McFarlane's Dragons. _________________
