I've just started exploring this website, but it brings together two of my favorite interests. Martial arts.... and physics. Check it out, the clips I have watched so far are very interesting

Cool site Jason. Thanks for the post.
Ive read the paper she sites in the final section. Basically this site just outlines a portion of the info available in the paper.
There are a lot of great books on Physics and Martial Arts.
Fighting Science is one I've read some of and would recommend.
