Well, this one was a love/hate thing. 
The old house (we live in now) is older than me... we've had 2 major plumbing issues since we've lived here. Also, it dropped down to the 40's one night (just enough to kick the heat on) and the heat didn't work. So, since we moved-in in June '07, problem after problem...
So, the landlady called us up and gave us the boot!  She selling it to some "investors" because apparently the plumbing will take more money to fix than she has.
We have to move out by Feb. Here's the new house... same neighborhood, and only about 8 months old. It's over 2300 sq ft, and the garage is going to be converted to my own little personal dojang. 
The wife's a lot more happier now. Happy momma, happy household! 
Just thought I'd share.
