Hey I just thought I would let everyone know that Cyd and I welcomed our daughter, Lily Janet, to the world this past Tuesday July 1. She was 7lbs 2oz and 20.75 inches long. She was delivered at 9:48 PM following 14 hours of labor and a complicated delivery. I'll be away from the dojang for the next 6-8 weeks to focus on family, but will be back for sure. I'll try to drop bye and say hi to everyone a couple of times between now and then.

Congrats Jason! I was wondering, over the weekend, how things were going. I'm glad to hear that all is well. You have a great time with that new little one and we'll be anticipating your return. If there's anything you need - just let us know.

Thanks everyone! Mom, daughter and even dad are doing great. I think I got a keeper, she even sleeps through the night more or less (one bottle/diaper around 3am). Things are well and Cyd is mostly recovered at this point. Lily is totally recovered. I really value this extra time at home but am totally missing the dojang. I'll see you all very soon!
