Just rented this Korean/American film the other day and watched it with my wife. It is worth the time invested for the CGI dragon fights and to see the aerial battles between Black Hawk Helicopters and the smaller flying dragons.
Also the historical sequences depicting Korean Life circa 1500's is pretty interesting, though short.
I give it 7.5/10.
