EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS (COMPETITOR’S MUST PROVIDE):
MOUTHPIECE, K-GROIN CUP, HAND WRAPS
SHIN AND FOOT SAFETY PADS. THE AMERICAN BANDO ASSOCIATION WILL SUPPLY
HEADGEAR, BOXING GLOVES, FOOT SAFETY PADS,
AND SHIN GUARDS
ALL COMPETITORS AGE 35 AND OVER ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A CAT SCAN OR MRI EXAMINATION

2. — SENIOR — BLACK BELT LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE - SOME KICKBOXING TOURNAMENT EXPERIENCE
3. — OPEN — SEVERAL YEARS OF AMATEUR LEVEL EXPERIENCE

1. 130 -139 lbs 4. 160 -169 lbs 7. 190 - 199 lbs
2. 140 -149 lbs 5. 170 -179 lbs 8. 200 - 209 lbs
3. 150 -159 lbs 6. 180 -189 lbs 9. 210 - 225
The purpose of the tournament is to honor America’s Veterans. This is an opportunity to display
your kickboxing skills, and to honor the memory of American Veterans at the same time.

Dates: Friday, November 7th, 2008
4:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. – Check in /Hospitality at tournament headquarters
5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. – Competitor registration, medical exams & weigh-in
also at hotel headquarters, The Clarion Inn
Saturday, November 8th, 2008
8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. – Final competitor registration, medical exam & weigh in at
ALL-STARS SPORTS ARENA
10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. – Rules meeting, elimination bouts (all divisions & weights) &
Black belt meeting Immediately following elimination bouts
7:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. – Finals - Championship bouts
Registration:* There will be no preregistration for competitors.
All competitor registration is $40.00 and will be done at The Clarion Inn Hotel/headquarters
on Friday, November 7th from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and at AL-STARS SPORTS ARENA,
the event location on Saturday, November 8th from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
FINAL COMPETITOR REGISTRATIONS AT 10:00 A.M.!!!
Also, competitors must complete all forms in detail and must sign all forms (18 years of
age or younger must have parents signature release). Applications, health & medical
info, legal and medical waivers must be complete. Due to insurance requirements, no one
will be allowed to compete until these conditions are met! Ask your Bando Instructor for
these forms or request they be sent to you directly.

Entry Fees: $40.00 per competitor (please make checks payable to Columbus Bando Association)
Fees can be paid at the event - Friday, November 7th at tournament headquarters from
5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Also, Saturday, November 8th at event location
from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
